12-1217 Throttle Lever Assembly fits HW Tillotson Carburetors Models.

Tillotson OE Throttle arm and Swivel used on HW Avenger Series Carburetors. This lever will have a set screw in the swivel to fit the throttle cable. This differs from the 12-1218 which has a pocket to hold the ball end of the throttle cable.
