Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods:
All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, or USPS Priority Mail depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, number of boxes, and include processing, handling, and insurance fees.
Please note: All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Charges for orders placed via email or phone may differ from those calculated online.
Order Processing & Delivery Time:
- Standard orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day (usually Monday or Tuesday).
- Custom or hand-built products may require additional production time before shipping.
- In the rare event of a delay or issue preventing shipment, we will notify you promptly by phone or email.
Express & Expedited Shipping:
Note: We are currently not shipping express shipments
- Express orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 2-Day Shipping) must be placed by phone only.
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.
- UPS guarantees only Next Day Air shipments; 2nd Day Air and other expedited options do not guarantee weekend or holiday delivery. Please plan accordingly.
Important Shipping Information:
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or additional fees for rerouting.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. UPS shipments require a valid street address and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges. These fees are separate from merchandise costs and are typically collected at the time of delivery. Please review our full international shipping policy for details.
- PayPal Orders: Orders paid through verified PayPal accounts will be shipped only to the address registered with PayPal, per their policy. No exceptions.

- UPS Ground: 1–7 business days (depending on destination)
- UPS SurePost: 2–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: We can ship to PO Boxes only via USPS. UPS shipments require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately. If the package needs to be rerouted, you may incur additional fees. Double-checking your address at checkout helps avoid delays.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Will my shipping cost be the same for phone or email orders?
A: Not always. Shipping charges may vary between online, phone, and email orders due to different calculations for weight, size, and packaging.
Q: Can I ship my order to a different address than my PayPal account?
A: No. For PayPal payments, we must ship to the address registered with your PayPal account to comply with their policies.
