We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns — just please keep a few things in mind:
- Please contact us within 7 days after your order is delivered if you need to return something.
- You’ll need to send the item back within 30 days of receiving it.
- Returns must be approved by us first — unauthorized returns can’t be accepted.
- Make sure your item is in new, unused condition and includes all original packaging and parts.
- Don’t forget to include a copy of your receipt and a short note explaining the return.
What to Expect
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method you used to place the order.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or Closeout products
- Special or Custom Orders
- Used or Installed Parts
- Cut-to-Length Items
- Customer Modified or Damaged Parts
