Transmission & Gearbox

820 Transaxles: The peerless 820 transaxles are very common on many OE lawn tractors and are used as a way to save money from completely revising your mowers driveline. EC has produced easy to install lock up kits to get the most performance from your transaxle.

700-Style Transmission: EC carried a reproduction copy of the 700 peerless transmissions with hardened gears and the original 700 peerless transmissions. EC produced quick-change sprockets and components to mount and race these transmissions to improve the transmission tuneability and performance.

1000-Series Right Angle Drive Gear Box: For the FX Class race machines, gearboxes are approved to improve the lawnmower drivetrain's durability and performance. The FX class has fewer restrictions on engine components and performance; EC has produced output shaft extensions and bearing supports to mount right-angle gearboxes on your racing lawnmower easily.
