This low-side jet hold-down fitting is an essential spacer used in most Honda GX390-style and Big Block Clone carburetors, including Predator 420Wildcat 460, and similar engines.


While these larger engine carburetors use the same low-speed jet style as smaller 196cc, 212cc, and 224cc engines, the GX390-style carbs require a special hold-down fitting to correctly align the jet with the air correction channel and secure it beneath the idle speed screw.


Without this fitting, the low side jet may become misaligned or fall out, resulting in erratic idle, poor fuel metering, or starting issues. This OEM-style spacer keeps your low-speed jet in the correct location for reliable performance and smooth idle control.
