The Tillotson 228R uses the same camshaft as the Honda-Clone(Hemi Predator) without interference or clearance required for the compression release.
Non-Welded Camshafts - These camshafts are ground on stock-style cores and primarily use 26 lbs single springs or less.
Welded Camshafts - These are welded with a harder material to handle higher lifts, more aggressive profiles, and stiffer spring pressures.
