Compared to Stage 1 Kits: Stage one replaces external parts with better flowing intake and exhaust and comes with a better-tuned stock carburetor. Stage Two is the first step to improve the engine's internals to handle more rpm.
Since the goal is to increase engine RPMs, we need the right matched components to make power in a higher rpm range. We replace the stock carburetor with a bigger bore motorcycle slide-style carburetor to feed more fuel and air into the cylinder. We use our Banzai 265 camshaft with more lift and duration than the stock cams to raise the engine's efficiency and better utilize the cylinder head potential. The cam is perfect for those who need that low-end torque but want the engine to make power at higher RPMs. We add a billet rod and billet flywheel to make the engine more reliable. The flywheel increases ignition timing and produces more energy for the ignition coil to have more power through the midrange and top-end. The best part is that these components are easy to install and shouldn't require machining or grinding. Stage 2 is very popular because the increased power isn't violent and is very "streetable" this makes it suitable for recreation cruisers and mild backyard track racers.
Stage 2 Kit includes
- Wildcat WC22 Round Slide Carburetor Kit: The WC22 is a 26mm round slide carburetor modified from the Chinese VM22 carburetors. The new carburetor is its original casting with its new fuel calibration tuned for Honda GX200/Clone-based engines.
- TTS-265 Banzai Camshaft w/26lbs Springs & Lifters: The 265 banzai is the most popular camshaft for mini bike and kart racers who want good torque power from 3500-7500rpms.
- Rev Wheel Flywheel: The Billet flywheel has a low-fin, low-drag design with 34° ignition timing for improved acceleration and power.
- Billet Rod: The ARC Billet Rod increases the durability and the rotating assembly to handle higher RPMs.
- Head Gasket: The .045" Head Gasket Replaces your stock gasket if it tears when installing the stage 2 kit.
- Side Cover Gasket: The Side Cover Gasket Replaces your stock gasket if it tears when installing the stage 2 kit.
Recommended Spark Plug to improve starting, power, and response:
- E3 E3.18
- NGK BPR6ES/BPR7ES
- NGK BPR6EIX/BPR7EIX
Spark Plug Gap Should be between .026-.032."
Autolite 3910X is very popular, but the heat range may cause premature fouling, resulting in difficult starting, misfiring, and tuning problems. We do not recommend using these plugs for any gas engine.
Returns- Returns must be communicated by customers within 7 days of delivery and sent back within 30 days to receive a refund. No returns without authorization will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note. All items must be returned complete and in new condition.
All returns are subjected to 20% processing and restocking charge after the product has been inspected. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made back to the same method of payment when ordering those parts. We will not refund a different method of payment.

Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS Ground, UPS Surepost or USPS Priority when ordering online. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and quantity of boxes in addition to processing and handling including insurance. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility (even if charges online are not the same as emailed or phone orders).
All standard shipping orders will be shipped within a day or two on weekdays. Orders placed on the weekend (Fri-Sun) will be shipped Monday or Tuesday or the first weekday after a holiday. Custom or Handbuilt Products may require more time to be built before shipping. For any reason, an order may be delayed or prevented you will be contacted through phone and/or email.
Express/2nd Day/Next Day Shipments: Express orders must be made by phone orders only! Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST. will be processed the Next Business Day. UPS will only guarantee next day shipment. If you choose 2nd-day shipments expecting it before the weekend, UPS does not guarantee its arrival
Additional Fees: Double Check that the address you gave is correct. You may be charged additional fees to redirect your package to the correct address.
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS. However, UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping: International buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will generally pay these fees upon receipt of your shipment. Buyers may be charged additional fees once they receive the package. Read our international policy here.
Paypal: All orders paid by a verified PayPal account will be shipped to the address on the Paypal account to comply with Paypal's policy. No Exceptions.
