Built for serious competitors, the EC EGO 4-Disc Racing Clutch is engineered to handle up to 60 horsepower from today’s most powerful small block racing engines.


Designed for karting, mini bikes, junior dragsters, and open-class builds, the EGO clutch delivers explosive launches, smooth acceleration, and consistent lap-after-lap performance—all with the durability and precision that EC Products are known for.


Race-Ready for Extreme Builds

This clutch is purpose-built for high-RPM, high-horsepower engines including modified Briggs Animals, Flatheads, Honda GX200/Clone engines, Tillotson and Wildcat to full billet engine builds. Suitable for both 2-cycle and 4-cycle racing when using jackshaft setups, the EGO is trusted in the most demanding environments.


WARNING: The EC EGO Clutch is engineered for extreme racing applications only. Designed for engines running:

  • 9000+ RPM
  • 236+ cc displacement
  • High-compression builds
  • Oxygenated, high-octane race fuels, methanol, or nitro

It is not suitable for pull-start engines, pump gas, or casual recreational use. Built for hard launches and aggressive racing, this clutch requires engagement settings near the engine’s torque peak (typically 5800–7000 RPM).
