The 168F-47 Low Side Jet is a precision fuel jet designed for Ruixing clone carburetors commonly found on small and big block Honda clone engines. This jet specifically tunes the low-speed circuit, influencing idle quality, throttle response, and low-RPM acceleration—a critical factor for both race and recreational builds.


Fitment Notice:
This jet is designed exclusively for Ruixing-style clone carburetors. It does not fit Tillotson PK-1 and may not fit other clone carburetors with different low-side jet threads or profiles. Please confirm your carburetor model before purchasing.


Jet Tuning Overview

Unlike the main jet, the low-side jet plays a bigger role in drivability and off-idle response. Tuning this circuit is more nuanced and should reflect your engine's purpose—racing or recreational.

For GX200/Clone 196cc–224cc Engines (Mini Bikes / Karts / Small Block):

  • .019–.022 Jet Size – Best for recreational use, smooth idle, and general rideability.
  • .028–.034 Jet Size – Ideal for racing setups. Improves throttle response and acceleration, but can result in rough idle and spark plug fouling if left idling too long.

Tuning Tips:

  • If the engine bogs then accelerates hard, you're likely too rich—go down a jet size.
  • If the engine feels flat off idle, it's likely too lean—go up a size.
  • Monitor spark plug color and throttle behavior when tuning.

  • Small Block Engines: 196cc – 224cc Honda/Clone
  • Big Block Engines: 390cc – 460cc Honda/Clone
  • Common with Ruixing carburetors on mini bikes, go-karts, and performance builds.
