There are two style rocker arms: square tip and round tip. The square style becomes more prominent due to the stabilization over the round style rockers. It is not uncommon for the rocker arms to not be a true 1:1 ratio some times; they can be 1:1.05, 1:1.1, etc. This is important because it will change the running lift if it's checking for legality. Most rules allow grinding to make it a 1:1 ratio or compliment your cam for the maximum allowed running lift to fix this problem.
