The Tillotson 237-141 .006" Standard Volume Fuel Pump Diaphragm is a thicker, longer-lasting alternative to the 237-214 diaphragm, specifically engineered for 100cc and larger 2-cycle gas engines.


Built for single stack (standard volume) Tillotson carburetors, this .006" diaphragm is ideal for high-displacement applications where durability and consistent fuel delivery are key. While thinner diaphragms (like the .004" 237-214) provide a stronger pulse and are useful for short qualifying runs, the 237-141 offers greater longevity and reliability under sustained use.


However, this thicker diaphragm is not recommended for engines 80cc or smaller, as the reduced flexibility may result in insufficient fuel pumping due to lower pulse signals.


For optimal performance and engine reliability, we strongly recommend replacing the diaphragm every race day and not exceeding three race days between changes.
