198-305 Tillotson High-Volume Fuel Pump Body – Double Stack (Alky)


The 198-305 Tillotson High Volume Fuel Pump Plate — also known as the Double Stack or Alky Stack middle plate— is a critical component of Tillotson's high-volume fuel system used in racing carburetors. Specifically engineered for high fuel demand applications, this plate forms the center section of the three-piece fuel pump stack, enabling increased fuel delivery for high-performance engines.


Tillotson reengineered the standard pump stack by adding this additional plate and optimizing flow passages to significantly boost fuel volume. This redesign also requires unique gaskets and diaphragms, which are not interchangeable with standard volume stacks.
