The 217P Tillotson Flange Gasket is designed for Tillotson HL carburetors with a .875" throttle bore, providing a reliable seal between the carburetor and intake manifold. This gasket includes a .125" pulse hole to ensure proper pressure signal transfer to the carburetor’s fuel pump system.


To maintain fuel pump functionality, it’s crucial that the pulse hole in the gasket aligns with both the carburetor and the intake manifold. Always punch the pulse hole prior to installation if needed.


Important Note:
Avoid intakes with a notched pulse port. A notch can expose the gasket to raw fuel, leading to paper gasket deterioration, pulse disruption, and inconsistent carburetor tuning. For best results, we recommend using EC Built Intakes, which are fully compatible with this gasket.
