Tillotson HL-314G was gas carburetor originally used on super stock flathead engines and last used on Honda GX-390 Mini Cup cars. This carburetor is no longer being manufactured. The replacement has been either the HL-304E or HL-304WX. Check with your rules committee. HL-314G has .875 venturi and 1.000: throttle bore.
