The TTS-689 Tennessee Thunderstix is a midrange powerhouse camshaft built for Honda GX200, Predator 212, Tillotson 196–268, Wildcat 223/240, Ducar, and other Clone-based small block engines.

Designed as the ultimate “street-strip” camshaft, the TTS-689 delivers a broad powerband, aggressive midrange torque, and strong acceleration—perfect for mini bikes and karts that demand both daily rideability and race-ready power.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Midrange Power Focus – The TTS-689 is engineered for strong off-the-line torque and a surging midrange, ideal for both spirited cruising and open racing.
  • Perfect for Street-Strip Builds – Combines drivability with race-winning capability, making it one of the most versatile cams in the Tennessee Thunderstix lineup.
  • Enhanced with Ratio Rockers – Designed to shine when paired with 1.2 or 1.3 ratio rockers on ported, billet, or big valve heads, which helps widen the powerband and amplify lift.
  • Built for Stock-Appearing Classes – A favorite in Stock Appearing, RWYB, and Open Modified classes, it’s a sleeper cam that performs far beyond stock dimensions.
  • High RPM Capable – With a recommended redline around 8000 RPM, the TTS-689 is strong up top while still maintaining excellent throttle response.
