The Wildcat 240RS comes with the WC946 cylinder head with 31mm intake and 25mm exhaust stainless steel valves with 5mm stems. We stock the replacement valves and also carry a range of stainless steel valves for many different Honda-clone cylinder heads that can be exchanged on the Wildcat 240 engines.

R-48 - 31mm Stock Length, 5mm Stem Stainless Steel Valve is the stock intake valve for the WC946 Head. You will need to cut the valve seat for the 32mm R-37 valve for longer valves.

R-49 - 25mm Stock Length, 5mm Stem Stainless Steel Valve is the stock exhaust valve for the WC946 Head. The R-35 is a more extended 25mm valve that drops in. If you need a larger 27mm valve, the R-50 is stock length, and the R-36 is longer. You'll have to install a new valve seat to support the larger 27mm valve; the stock seat can't be cut to fit.
