Our Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns — just please keep a few things in mind:

- Please contact us within 7 days after your order is delivered if you need to return something.

- You’ll need to send the item back within 30 days of receiving it.

- Returns must be approved by us first — unauthorized returns can’t be accepted.

- Make sure your item is in new, unused condition and includes all original packaging and parts.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:
All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, or USPS Priority Mail depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, number of boxes, and include processing, handling, and insurance fees.

Please note: All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Charges for orders placed via email or phone may differ from those calculated online.

Order Processing & Delivery Time:

- Standard orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 1-2 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day (usually Monday or Tuesday).

- Custom or hand-built products may require additional production time before shipping.

- In the rare event of a delay or issue preventing shipment, we will notify you promptly by phone or email.

Express & Expedited Shipping:

Note: We are currently not shipping express shipments

- Express orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 2-Day Shipping) must be placed by phone only.

- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.

- UPS guarantees only Next Day Air shipments; 2nd Day Air and other expedited options do not guarantee weekend or holiday delivery. Please plan accordingly.

Important Shipping Information:

- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or additional fees for rerouting.

- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. UPS shipments require a valid street address and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

- International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges. These fees are separate from merchandise costs and are typically collected at the time of delivery. Please review our full international shipping policy for details.

- PayPal Orders: Orders paid through verified PayPal accounts will be shipped only to the address registered with PayPal, per their policy. No exceptions.

How to Index Spark Plugs Using Indexing Washers: For High-Performance Small Engines, Karting, and Mini Bikes

What You’ll Need:

• EC Spark Plug Indexing Washers (variety for spacing)
• Your spark plug (correct heat range and thread length)
• Permanent marker or sharpie
• Torque wrench
• Ratchet & plug socket

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Mark the Electrode

Using a marker, draw a small line on the ceramic insulator of the spark plug, directly in line with the open end of the electrode (the gap). This will help you track plug orientation during installation.

Step 2: Dry-Fit the Plug Without Washer

Screw the spark plug into the head by hand, then use your ratchet to snug it down lightly.
Note the final position of the mark once the plug is tightened — ideally, it should be facing toward the intake valve or combustion chamber center, not toward the piston.

Step 3: Remove and Select a Washer

If the electrode mark is not in the correct position, remove the plug and choose one of your indexing washers. Start with the thinnest and move up until the plug ends up in the desired orientation when torqued.

Each washer adds a small amount of spacing that allows fine adjustment of the final thread orientation.

Step 4: Final Install and Torque

Once you’ve found the right washer, torque the plug to spec using a torque wrench (usually 10–15 ft-lbs for aluminum heads; consult your engine manual). Confirm the electrode now faces the optimal direction.

Tips for Best Results:

• Use only 1 indexing washer per plug to avoid affecting heat transfer.
• Always check piston clearance by turning the engine over slowly the first time.
• Ideal indexing usually has the open gap facing intake side or center of the combustion chamber.
