This kit contains genuine Tillotson components, manufactured to strict OEM specifications to ensure the highest levels of fuel delivery accuracy, durability, and throttle response. Unlike many aftermarket options, these diaphragms and gaskets are designed to maintain long-term performance and withstand the rigors of demanding engine conditions.

Note: The .004” diaphragm is not recommended for main events or long sessions on engines over 60cc due to reduced longevity.
Recommended Maintenance Intervals
- Racing engines < 60cc: Replace every 3 races for optimal performance
- General small engine use < 60cc: Replace every 4–6 weeks, or when experiencing hard starting or inconsistent tuning
- For best results, use ethanol-free gasoline, especially in 4-cycle applications
