High-Flow Ram Flow Needle & Seat – 0.5315" for HL & HR Carburetors


The Ram Flow Needle and Seat Assembly is engineered for high-performance engines running methanol (alky) fuel, especially in harsh and high-vibration racing environments like dirt track and V-Twin applications.


This precision CNC-machined brass seat features multiple evenly spaced perimeter holes, significantly increasing fuel flow into the carburetor's metering cavity—ensuring your engine gets the fuel it needs under heavy loads and high RPMs.


Designed to fit most Tillotson HL and HR series carburetors with a seat length of 0.5315", this kit includes an uncaptured needle valve, ideal for setups subject to vibration or rough terrain where a captured needle could stick or fail to seat consistently.


The needle valve features a metal body and a fluoropolymer elastomer tip for excellent resistance to methanol-based fuels. However, while fuel-resistant, the material is not fuel-proofproper flushing and maintenance after each raceis strongly recommended to prevent degradation.
