The Tillotson 44-277 High Mixture Screw Packing (O-Ring) is a genuine OEM seal designed specifically for the high-speed adjustment needle on Tillotson HR series carburetors. This O-ring forms a tight seal around the needle, preventing fuel leakage and maintaining proper fuel mixture control under high-performance conditions.


Essential for maintaining peak carburetor performance, this O-ring should be replaced regularly—especially in racing applications where wear is accelerated.

Note: This O-ring is for the high-side needle only and is not compatible with low-side needles or non-HR model carburetors.
