For higher RPMs or racing applications, we strongly recommend upgrading to billet or forged connecting rods for enhanced strength and durability.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure piston and crankshaft compatibility when mixing components.
  • Designed for stock and mild performance builds.
  • Ideal replacement or upgrade for maintaining OEM performance on compatible small-block engines.

FAQ

Q1: What engines is the Wildcat 223 connecting rod compatible with?
A1: This connecting rod is compatible with Honda GX200 and clones, Predator 212 (non-Hemi), Tillotson 196R/212R, Wildcat 223/240, Ducar 196, and other engines using 18mm wrist pin pistons and 1.180” crank pins.

Q2: Can I use this rod with Predator 224 Hemi or Tillotson 212E pistons?
