The Tillotson 196R uses the same blower housings and starter recoils as the Honda and most Honda-Clone engines. However, unlike the other stock engines, the 196R doesn't use the tins under the cylinder jug or on the front of the engine. Instead, these parts are cast into the block for more rigidity and improved cooling.
